Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
The request is made within 24–48 hours of payment
No training material has been accessed
No consultation session has been conducted
Once training materials, course access, or consultation sessions have been provided, refunds may not be available because digital services are considered delivered once accessed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Course or program already started
Consultation session completed
Downloadable material accessed
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to attend scheduled training sessions
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment occurs due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
